Mandy’s Garden
In
Mandy’s Garden, Mandy is just a little brat and all her flowers are suffering
terrible harm. She doesn’t care about her dumb flowers. Mrs Allen and the
flowers are learning a flower dance.
We
have our own lines. We have to do it with expression and with lots of
information!
All
of the group have to get some colours of flowers. We might get our faces
painted. It will be exciting. It is in June the 15th. We all have to
practise and it’s very hard work!
It
will be a huge stage. Some will be up and some will be down. The flowers will
be positioned on stage kneeling down with their bodies bowed right over their
legs.
It
will be in the hall. All of the audience will be amazed with lots of
excitement.
There
will be instruments playing beautiful music. There will be different things
coming up on stage. The flowers will wake up but Daisy will be sobbing in the
song. Her petals will be crushed and broken. She will be so sad with cry drip
going down her little pretty face.
We
have to highlight the things we say.
It
will be fun!

We are learning about "line" in our art. Today we started to draw some fish using Kidpix and making different lines and fills. Jaspreet and Mukul finished first. There will be more in a week or so.
